Bedford VA to Hold Benefits Fair in Beverly

Veterans and their families will enjoy a free lunch and live music in Lynch Park on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Military Service members, Veterans and their families are invited to join the celebration at a Veterans Benefits Fair at Beverly’s Lynch Park on Saturday, Aug. 1 where they can enjoy a free lunch,live music, and Veterans benefits enrollment.

The Bedford VA is hosting the Veterans Benefits Fair in conjunction with the City of Beverly’sVeterans Home Coming Mass Music Fest from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free parking and shuttle service will be provided at Beverly High School on 100 Sohier Road to and from the event.

Staff from the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital (Bedford VA)will be present to assistwith enrollment for health benefits.(Bring DD214 or proof of military service). The Veterans Benefits Administration will have representatives available to assist with claims consultations. Local Veterans organizations will also be in attendance.

Veterans and military families wishing to join the free lunch from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. should also bring proof of service.
