Benefit Concert for RMHS Choral Program

Benefit
Concert
for RMHS Choral Program

On
Saturday April 12th, Vocal Revolution, a local men’s chorus will perform

at Reading Memorial High School for
a ‘Youth in Harmony Fundraiser Show’ benefitting the RHMS choral program.

Co-hosted by the parental
support organization, VOICE, this
fundraiser show will be the culmination of a daylong clinic for barbershop singing, free for RMHS
students. Students will work
with Daniel Costello, Director
of Vocal Revolution and baritone of award
winning men’s quartet Downtown
Crossing, and Julie Jeffrey, baritone
of the award winning women’s
quartet, Boston Accent.

of these quartets have competed
at the international level
and will be coaching the student singers during the day.

Vocal Revolution is the three-time reigning
champion of the Barbershop Harmony Society’s
North- eastern District and will
compete at the internationals for the third year in a row in Las Vegas this Summer. Formerly

named Sounds of Concord, they are
locally based and have been entertaining audiences for
over 40 years.
