Brachial Plexus Injury Awareness Week: Dining to Donate at Applebees
The United Brachial Plexus Network in cooperation with Applebees in Woburn is celebrating BPI Awareness week with a dining to donate program

If you are feeling hungry on Thursday October 23, anywhere between 11am-9 pm, please go to the Applebees in Woburn. Just simply dining in will benefit UBPN, the Non-profit that I am involved in (UBPN.org a 501C3).
The Group is raising money for Camp UBPN, which brings together kids and adults with a brachial plexus injury-at camp. It is frequently the first time they ever meet another person “like them”. Although considered a rare injury, over 16,000 babies are needlessly injured at birth every year.
My daughter Kailyn, a senior at RMHS, suffered this permanent injury at birth, (although it can also happen from high impact accidents) has had two surgeries to help with the pain and disability of the injury.
