This week, The Bargain Box thrift store is open on Friday, April 17, from 10-3 & Sat., April 18, from 10-1. Located downstairs at Church of the Good Shepherd, 95 Woburn Street in Reading. The Bargain Box is jam packed with household goods, seasonal decorations, clothing ($10 to fill a bag!), jewelry, toys & kids’ books galore. Our parishioners, neighbors & customers donate wonderful items to benefit the church, outreach programs as well as local & global charities. This month’s charity is the Reading Food Pantry.
