At 7:01 a.m., a loud explosion was heard and residents in the Martin Road area lost power.

At 10:35 a.m., a shoplifter caught in the store at Market Basket became combative.

At 2:38 p.m., a man came into the station to report his vehicle had been hit while parked at Market Basket.

At 3:53 p.m., the roadway was reported to be flooding at West and Oak streets.

At 6:40 p.m., an employee at Grumpy Doyle’s reported a man left without paying his tab.

At 7:22 p.m., a caller reported an open manhole near Green and Main streets.

At 9:51 p.m., a woman reported finding a cat.

At 11:34 p.m., a caller reported hearing banging on a nearby door.
