Charles Fallon Passes Away

Longtime Reading resident was a Eucharistic Minister and Lectern at St. Agnes Church.

Charles David Fallon of Reading passed away on Sunday, May 27, at his home. He was 64 years of age.

Born on January 21, 1954 in Boston, Charles is the cherished son of the late Frederick A. Fallon and Edith (Walsh) Fallon. Charles was a warm and caring son, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Charles is a Reading resident for over 50 years. He is the former owner of Liberty Tax in Stoneham and Patriot Financial in Reading. Charles is a former Board Member for the Boston Guild for the hard of hearing. A devout Catholic, Charles is a 4th Degree Member of the Reading Knights of Columbus Council # 1031. He is a Eucharistic Minister and Lectern at St. Agnes Church in Reading. Charles is also a member of the St. Agnes Men's Group.

Charles is the beloved brother of Kathleen Fallon and her husband Mark Horning, Frederick Fallon and his wife Debbie, Patricia Fallon, Richard Fallon, Robert Fallonand his wife Joy, Jeanne Driscoll and her husband William, Mimi Pomerleau and her husband Ron, Joseph Fallon and his wife JungSoo Kim and the late Jack Fallon. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and 2 grand nieces.

Funeral from the Doherty–Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St., Reading, Thursday, May 31st at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Charles' Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St., Reading at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Wednesday, May 30th from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants are available.
