Coolidge Middle School presents Alice in Wonderland, Jr. on January 15, 16 and 17th at the Reading Memorial High School

Reading, MA: Coolidge Middle School drama presents Alice in Wonderland, Jr on Friday, January 15th and Saturday, January 16th at 7:30pm and on Sunday, January 17th at 2:00 pm at Reading Memorial High School.

For many weeks 79 students have prepared for the musical production of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, Jr. Travel down the rabbit hole with Alice and join her madcap adventures in Wonderland as she chases the White Rabbit, races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with the Tweedles, raps with bubble-blowing Caterpillar, goes to the craziest tea-party ever, and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game! This face paced stage adaptation of Alice in Wonderland features such classic Disney songs as “I’m Late, “The Un-birththday Song” and “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah” Alice is a musical feast for the entire family. For those attending the Sunday matinee, be sure to stay for the Character Meet and Greet immediately following the show. Alice and all of her friends will be available to greet their fans.

Directed by Lori Loussedes and Stephen MacDonald with musical direction by Anna Wentlent and choreography by Lindsey McGovern, the musical is based on the novels The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll, and the 1951 Disney animated feature, Alice in Wonderland.

Location: Tickets will be sold at RMHS box office on January 5th, 7th & 13th from 5:30-6:30 pm, and January 12th from 7-8:00 pm. Tickets are also available at the door on show days an hour before show until curtain.
