About Drew's Stews and More!
Born out of owner Drew Maggiore’s “pre-pandemic mid-life career crisis,” Drew’s Stews and More is all about making mealtime easier, healthier and more fun. Executive Chef Albie Corbelli brings 30+ years of food experience to Drew’s gusto for good grub, flair with folks and penchant for puns. Together, they prepare heat-and-eat soups, side dishes and full meals for takeaway and delivery. All-natural, locally sourced ingredients take center stage, ensuring healthful, flavor-packed options for the whole family.
Their kitchen and retail location in Reading opened earlier this summer and has been constantly busy during their opening hours of 10am to 3pm Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri, and 10am to 6pm Wed. Each day at lunchtime, they offer cups and bowls of the soup of the day, which is announced on their website and social media accounts. During the remainder of the day, customers can purchase pre-packaged soups, spreads and side dishes made on-site with locally-sourced ingredients. Drew's Stews and More also sells a variety of products from other local vendors including Bread Obsession, Just Hummus, Craic Sauce, Nallie Pastures, Valley View Farm and Pigeon Cove Ferments.
In addition to purchasing in store, customers can order from Drew's Stews and More's website for delivery or pickup. On the site, users can also customize their own recurring SOUPscription of small-batch soups, suppers and sides to be delivered weekly. They also offer SOUPrise gourmet gift bundles that can be sent as a gift to celebrate a special event or brighten someone's day.
