Donald Dauphinee Passes Away

Donald A. Dauphinne of Reading passed away Oct. 8 at the age of 91.

Beloved husband of the late Ruth A. (Horrigan) Dauphinee. Father of Robert Dauphinee and wife Barbara of Billerica, Nancy Wallenius and husband Jon of Los Angeles, CA, Donna Johnson and husband David of Wilmington and Kenneth Dauphinee and wife Mary of Wakefield. Grandfather of Annette, Karen, Tina, Meredith, Michelle, Colleen, David, Lindsay and Scott. Great Grandfather of 14.

Don was the owner of D’s Service Center of Woburn. He was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Reading where he sang in the choir for many years. He belonged to the Reading Y’s Men’s Club. Don loved golfing and playing cards.

A private graveside service will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery and there are no visiting hours. Arrangements under the directions of the Douglass, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home, Reading.
