Connie Lafond spent many years training in Luigi Jazz and ballet.  She received certification by the International Dance and Exercise Association and the American Council on Exercise.  She is trained in kinesiology, Scientific Stretching and Alexander Technique and is certified in Pilates Mat by Balanced Body.  She was a personal trainer at Le Pli Spa in Cambridge, MA and an instructor in the Harvard University Health and Fitness Program.
