Creative Arts Free Faculty Concert Series: Jenna Potts Performs at Wakefield Library

For Finland: A Free Music Concert Celebrating Composer Jean Sibelius

On Saturday, May 7, 3:30pm at the Beebe Library in Wakefield, Jenna Potts, violin faculty for Creative Arts, and pianist Yulia Yun will perform the only violin concerto composed by Jean Sibelius. The concert, "A Finnish Soundscape" explores Finland's landscape and culture through the violin and piano. Feel free to touch and play a violin at the Instrument Encounter, courtesy of Bridges & Bows of Westford,  immediately following the concert. The concert is open to all ages and made possible by a grant from The Harpley Foundation and a donation by Paul Panek, Registered Piano Technician.
