Entrepreneurship: The Path Less taken

Guest Speaker: Bill Zannini, Business Professor, Northern Essex Community College.

There are very few jobs that guarantee lifetime employment and a pension after retirement. Still only 10 percent of people choose to start their own business. Bill Zannini believes there are many opportunities for individuals who dream of running their own business and that entrepreneurship can be a great fit for the right person. This presentation will introduce the benefits of starting your own business and the personal characteristics that lead to success as an entrepreneur.
The presentation begins at 7:00. Attendees are welcome to come at 6:30 for refreshments and networking opportunities.

The event is part of the Reading Public Library Job Search Skills Series.  Each month we focus on a different topic and allow ample time for  questions and group participation. The series programs take place at the Library on the first Wednesday night of the month.
