Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Dancing is an all around Fitness Program - it includes Warmup, Floorwork, Verifirm (Weight Work), Professionally Choreographed Dance Routines, Cooldown and Post Cooldown.
Classes are 1 hour long and incorporate all of the above. They are designed for those who love to Dance and the Non-dancer, especially.
