Tom Martin will present an entertaining mix of sound clips from old radio shows, including early advertisements and trivia about the golden age of radio. He will tell about the performers and programs that had people sitting around 'the box' in the living room in rapt attention. The program is presented by LiveWires-Lifelong Learning in the Library and is sponsored by the Friends of the Reading Public Library. Coffee and refreshments are served at 9:30 a.m.
