As part of National Active Aging Week (Sept. 20-25), the Burbank YMCA is holding a number of activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle and get individuals of all ages moving. On Thursday, the following activities are offered.
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Chair Yoga Sampler: Learn a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair to perform poses.
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga Sampler: Learn a style of yoga that is gentle and slow-paced. Great to help reduce stress and improve flexibility.
- 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Nia Sampler: Nia is combination of dance, martial arts and yoga.
