As part of National Active Aging Week (Sept. 20-25), the Burbank YMCA is holding a number of activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle and get individuals of all ages moving. On Friday, the following activity is offered.
- 9 a.m. Run/ Walk For Your Health: Enjoy a two-mile run/walk loop around the Y. Sign up at the front desk. Meet in the Burbank YMCA lobby.
