"Balance, Rest and Renewal in the Midst of Busy Lives" is the topic of a free lecture by relaxation expert Dr. David Reynolds, to be offered on Monday, October 18 at 7:00 pm at the Starbucks at 288 Main Street in Reading.
This community gathering will offer real time solutions to simplifying an overscheduled and overbooked life. Dr. David Reynolds is a New Hampshire based psychologist who works with stressed-out business professionals, over-extended families, fast-paced generation X-ers, sleep-deprived students, and anyone else who is looking to slow down ('cause you move too fast). Dr. Reynolds is a passionate advocate for rebalancing our individual and family lives to promote better relationships, hope and joy. He frequently presents lectures and seminars at businesses, schools, and other community organizations.
Starbucks is opening their doors to Dr. Reynolds and anyone who'd like to take an hour to get some good ideas on getting more out of life (and feeling happier and healthier and a bit more whole). The presentation is sponsored by the Reading Clergy Association.
