This collaborative dance piece will be performed on the front lawn of the Reading Public Library on Friday, June 15th from 4:45-5:10. A trio of dancers has been working on this piece for a little short of a month under the direction of Rachel Vinciguerra, a dance minor from Ohio Wesleyan University, working on this independent study. It should be roughly 20 minutes.
The piece explores some major themes of Emily Dickinson's life and poetry in a way that has made her relatable and relevant to the dancers. Hopefully we will be able to reach out to the audience with the same effect.
