North Reading's population grew by slightly more than 1,000 people during the past decade, according to data released Tuesday from the U.S. Census 2010.
The town had 14,892 residents in 2010, compared to 13,837 in 2000, according to the census data. That is an increase of 1,055 people, or a 7.62 percent jump.
