The instructors include the following experienced real estate professionals and home-buying educators.
Otto Iglesias is a full-time exclusive buyer agent at Buyer Brokers Only, LLC. Otto is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Otto has earned degrees from Florida International University, Michigan State University College of Law and Temple University's Beasley School of Law. Early in his career, Otto spent considerable time as a staff attorney at a non-profit childrens organization. He is fluent in Spanish.

Melissa Caci has more than 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry. At Residential Mortgage Services, Inc, Melissa works as a trusted adviser with her clients and business partners, as well as oversees both sales and operations for her Woburn, MA branch. Melissa is licensed to originate loans in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Elizabeth Barletta is an experienced real estate attorney practicing with Ligris + Associates. Liz, a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School, practices primarily in the areas of home buyer, seller and mortgage lender representation. Liz is fluent in Spanish, and she is a licensed attorney in both Massachusetts and Florida.
