
In addition to Personal One on One Training and Small Group Training, Fitness Within is offering a new lineup of fitness and yoga classes that offers something for everyone. Additional classes will be added as they are developed and tested. “FIND YOUR FITNESS WITHIN”
Fitness Within is running 2 specials for their fitness and yoga classes. Currently individuals can join for $79.00 of unlimited fitness and yoga classes for the first month. Starting on September 20th, they will offer 2 weeks of FREE unlimited fitness and yoga classes. Students will have the choice of either plan, but they cannot be combined or combined with any other offer.
FITNESS:
H.I.I.T is every Monday at 6:30pm. You will melt that fat right off your body with this high intensity interval training class designed to burn maximum amount of fat with the least amount of equipment. This is open to all levels (45 minutes)

Piladio is every Tuesday at 6:30pm. Taking all the benefits of Pilates and adding in the calorie blasting effect of Cardio. Emphasis is placed on the core to balance out the muscle groups in the midsection while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning zone the entire workout. This is open to all levels and can be modified for beginners, (45 minutes)
Body Sculpt is every Wednesday (6:30pm) and Friday (12:00pm). Designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. This class helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. This is for all levels and can be modified for beginners. (60 minutes)

Six Pack Attack is every Thursday at 6:30pm. Attack your abs in this intense workout designed to shape and tone the midsection. Focusing on your abs and oblique’s in a circuit style training class we will strengthen and tone them in a fun and effective workout. This is for all levels and can be modified for beginners. (45 minutes)
Weekend Warrior Bootcamp is every Saturday at 8:00am. Weekend boot camp class structured in a military manner that combines cardio, strength training, plyometric, and muscular endurance to help you reach your fitness goals. This class will help you become a well-rounded athlete. This class is designed for Intermediate to Advanced students. (45 minutes)
Healthy Eating is held the first Saturday of each month. It is 60 minutes long and we encourage everyone to attend. A nutrition class that will teach you everything you need to know about eating healthy. Learn to calculate your calories and design your own meal plans. We take occasional trips to local markets to learn how to shop smart, break down food labels, and shop healthy for you and your loved ones. (60 minutes)
YOGA
Community Yoga is every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm. Our community yoga class costs $5.00 per person and you do not have to sign up in advance....just drop in to the studio at that time to participate. It is a way for Fitness Within to reach out to the community and provide a low cost yoga class for everyone. This class will be modified for the beginner up to the experienced yogi. The class is heated at the discretion of the yoga instructor. (60 minutes)
Power Yoga for Dancers and Athletes is every Saturday at 11:00am. A cardio yoga set to various tribal rhythms and music styles.. Introducing students to different movement and dance styles (such as hip hop , jazz , modern and rythmic-yoga). Class will include movement phrases across the floor which then come together to create a choreography piece. No prior dance experience needed, just a willingness to move and sweat! Class may be accompanied with live drumming from week to week. Heated at instructor’s discretion. (75 minutes, intermediate to advanced)
Free Flow Vinyasa with Mediation is every Thursday at 9:15am. Come experience a dynamic and free flow vinyasa set to various styles of feel good music to enlighten your being. Get ready get to open up layer by layer body mind and spirit and experience a synergy with yourself on your mat. Class includes meditation and breath work. Get your yoga glow on! Heated at instructor’s discretion. (75 minutes, all levels)
Vinyasa Beginners is every Friday at 10:00am. You will learn foundational poses, standing poses and seated poses while Integrating your breath with your routine. You will also learn Vinyasa flow and a sun salutation. Heated at instructor’s discretion. (60 minutes)
Yoga Basics is every Sunday at 10:00am. This class will break down the fundamental movements and postures of yoga. Perfect for the beginner or someone looking for a more gentle practice, the class will offer more instruction and allow the student to spend more time in each pose. You will leave class feeling refreshed and renewed. (60 minutes)

Using strong static poses, liberating flows, meditation, and the latest wellness information, you will feel these energetic benefits impact every aspect of your life.
