Fitness Within offers a weekly FREE Live Streaming Class every Wednesday at 12 noon.
When the Governor closed all non-essential businesses on March 24, 2020, Fitness Within was able to pivot and adapt their business to the new normal. They elevated their Remote Coaching program and added their clients to the program. Clients are motivated, engaged, and are reaching fitness goals through the LIVE streaming classes.
Fitness Within will now offer that same experience by holding a weekly FREE Live Streaming Class. Classes will be held at noon every Wednesday; they are for beginners and athletes; exercises will be modified depending upon the individual's fitness level; they are open to the public, and yes, they are free.
Weather permitting the instructor will coach the class outdoors, but it is okay if you want to stay indoors. If you can't make the Live Streaming class, they upload the recorded version onto their Facebook page (www.facebook.com/fitnesswithinllc) for you to take when your schedule permits.

Fitness Within believes in community and giving back whenever possible, says Domenic Prisco, one of the owners of Fitness Within. So many people are now facing financial hardships; unemployment; depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. Our goal is to give the public an outlet once a week that will provide a unified, positive workout experience.
Our physical location may be closed, but that doesn't mean we can not help people and be a beacon of positivity during this challenging time, added Robin Krane, another owner of Fitness Within.

Fitness Within is hopeful that they can open their physical location by June. In the meantime, their remote Coaching program assigns an accountability coach, meal plans, and access to unlimited Live and Recorded workouts.
