Professional certified personal trainers design all programs daily so you will not become bored as well as guarding against overworking your muscles and joints. Randomly, there is a fitness challenge at the end of the bootcamps and small groups that you will find fun and rewarding. The winner may win a gift card from a local merchant.
Fitness Within offers a program for all fitness levels and budgets. If you choose One-on-One Personal Training, the certified personal trainers will design an exercise program that is designed for you, your fitness level and goals. You will train with a certified personal trainer in a private area, no waiting for equipment, and no one will be staring at you while you workout. A budget friendly option is Small Group Personal Training. You will work out in a group of 2-8 people with a certified personal trainer. All programs are designed daily so the program does not become boring, you have the motivation of your small group and trainer while focusing on weight/strength training and cardiovascular exercises. For those that want to melt fat and build endurance the Bootcamps offer a HIIT style training. Workout with a trainer and a group of 20 or less. By capping the bootcamps at 20 the personal trainer is able to keep that personal connection with the clients.
