FREE Every Tuesday in MAY: Indoor Cycling

Our indoor cycling class combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually paced, cardio class will definitely move you!  Cycling classes are 45 minutes. Space is limited. Please pre-register on the Monday prior to each class to reserve your spot, otherwise, first come, first serve as space is limited.
