Reading, MA (July 3, 2018) - Fitness Within a privately owned Fitness and Wellness Studio, has launched a Golf Performance Training Program.

Work with a Titlest Performance Institute Expert who will detect impairments related to your golf swing by using video analysis and physical screenings. Once the impairments are identified, an individualized, golf specific program will be developed that will improve your game and overall longevity.
Dr. Kyle Florence is heading this program. Dr. Florence is a Doctor in Physical Therapy and he is also a Certified Personal Trainer. His expertise includes sports medicine, rehabilitation, functional training, strength and conditioning, weight loss/gain, rehabilitation, high intensity training (HIIT), and group training.
Dr. Florence holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Certified, and is CPR/AED certified. He has spent many days working and researching in the bio-mechanic lab at UMass Amherst and has a passion for health, rehabilitation, Kinesiology and all things Fitness. Dr. Florence plays golf in his spare time and became a Titleist Performance Institute expert to help fellow golfers identify and correct underlying issues so when you work with your Golf coach you are focusing only on the mechanics of the game.
