Intersection To Reopen As Project Hits Milestone In Reading
Work on sidewalks, traffic signals, street lighting, landscaping and paving is continuing downtown.
READING, MA — The town has announced that the intersection of High Street, Haven Street, and Chute Street will be reopened by Oct. 30.
Drivers in the area should use caution as the intersection has changed.
Temporary concrete blocks will be in place to safeguard the plaza while the community adjusts to the new design, and permanent decorative bollards will be installed in a later phase of the project, according to the town.
