Julie Anne McNamara Passes Away

Julie Anne (Schofield) McNamara a resident of Hopkinton, formerly of Reading, died unexpectedly Oct. 30. She was 53 years of age.

Julie was the Devoted mother of Emma, Grant and Maxwell McNamara all of Hopkinton. Cherished daughter of Alan and Anne (Doolan) Schofield of Reading. Loving sister of Christine Downey and her husband Kevin of Reading and Jeffrey Schofield and his wife Wyndi of Midway, GA. Beloved fiancée of Richard Moran of Hopkinton. Niece of Joan Vaillancourt and her husband Gerard of Reading. She is also survived by her former husband Paul McNamara of Hopkinton and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 3 at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.) in Reading at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Wood End Cemetery, Reading. A visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 10-12 p.m..
