(February 13, 2015, Beverly, MA) The North Shore Business Forum meets on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Acapulcos, 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. Registration begins at 7:15 AM, the meeting runs from 7:30 to 8:30. Admission is $10 at the door, and includes a buffet breakfast. About the Speaker: Erin Calvo-Bacci is the owner of ECB Consulting, Bacci Chocolate Design and the Chocolate Truffle, based in Reading, MA. Erin previously worked in retail management, business development and marketing communications, consulting for political campaigns, non-profit organizations and a talent acquisition consulting firm. She creates and teaches seminars at local Adult Community Education Centers and is currently working on programs with local communities to prepare youth to be successful at work. Erin is on the board of directors of the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Legislative Committee of the board of the Retail Association of Massachusetts, and serves on the National Retail Federation Small Business Steering Committee. She has served on the “Buy Local” task force of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce, and serves as an elected Town Meeting member in Reading and as an appointed member of the Zoning Advisory Committee. The North Shore Business Forum, Inc. (NSBF) is a group of small business owners from Boston’s North Shore who meet on the first and third Friday of each month for informal lectures given by business owners on a wide variety of topics. Members also introduce their business with a 30-second “elevator pitch” at each meeting. All business owners are welcome: future, past, profitable, experienced or beginning. Meetings are from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. (registration starts at 7:15) at Acapulcos, 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. The $10.00 admission fee includes a breakfast buffet. No pre-registration necessary.
