At 11:07 a.m., a call came in reporting that a suspicious male in a black vehicle had approached a young female.

At 1:03 p.m., a caller reported dogs had been barking for two hours on Pearl Street.

At 1:45 p.m., Stop & Shop reported that a woman stole a carriage full of food.
