Richard Robbins served his final day with the department on Jan. 5.Robbins's retirement marks the end of his 31-year tenure with the Reading PD, according to a post on the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ReadingPD" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Reading PD Facebook page</a>,"During his tenure, he has made many connections throughout the community," the post reads.The department held a public coffee break Monday to congratulate Robbins on his retirement.
