At 5 p.m., CVS reported some items had been taken earlier and the suspects were attempting to return the items.

At 5:19 p.m., a caller reported a possibly intoxicated man stumbling in and out of traffic.

At 12:56 p.m., a possible water pipe burst in a wall was reported.

At 1:05 p.m., a lost walled containing ID and cash was reported.

At 1:32 p.m., a gold solitaire ring was reported stolen from a residence.

At 2:34 p.m., youths were reported to be on the roof of the performing arts center.

At 8:44 p.m., a caller reported a man to be shoveling snow onto passing vehicles.

At 11:33 p.m., a caller reported a woman yelling for help and honking her horn. The vehicle was stuck in the snow.
