ALL IDENTIFICATION MATERIALS ARE KEPT BY THE CHILD’S FAMILY
It is an alarming fact that over 1,000,000 children are reported missing in the United States each year. While most are found, many are not.
The Massachusetts Masonic Youth Child Identification Program (MYCHIP) provides children’s families with identification materials designed to help find a missing child as quickly as possible. It is the most comprehensive service of its kind in the world and is hailed by recovery officials at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The MYCHIP identification materials include:

• VIDEO: A brief video interview that can be quickly distributed to the media.

• FINGERPRINTS: Fingerprinting is a well-known means of identification. Resourceful parents keep fingerprints available should the need arise.

• TOOTHPRINTS: A Toothprint™ bite impression is quick and easy. Teeth, like fingerprints are unique. Dental imprints give accurate and important information for identification purposes.

• DNA SWABS: Nearly 100% accurate for identification – done in seconds!
