Maureen Falcione Passes Away

Maureen (Towsey) Falcione of Reading passed away Sept. 5th.

She was beloved wife of Nicholas “Nick” Falcione. Mother of Patricia Smith and Christopher Patalano of Wilmington, Thomas Harper and his wife Teresa of Reading, Vincent Falcione and his wife Kit of Ipswich and Cristina Collins and her husband Corey of Reading. Sister of the late John Towsey. Grammy of 10 and Great Grammy of three.

Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home on Saturday Sept. 15th at 9 am. Funeral Mass in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St., Reading at 10 am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday Sept. 14th from 4-7 pm.

Interment in Wood End Cemetery, Reading. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maureen’s name to the Mission of Deeds, 6 Chapin Ave, Reading, MA 01867.

Maureen was active at the Reading YMCA participating in early morning swim class. She was an avid skier, crafter and gardener.
