Come join Reading Recreation's Outdoor Recreation Supervisor, Eric Pedersen, for our first ever Nature Scavenger Hunt. Families are invited to come down to this free event on April 22nd from 1:00PM-3:00PM to explore the cabin, trails and beautiful outdoor surroundings of Reading's own Mattera Cabin (located at 1481 Main Street).
Each participant will receive a list of objects that can be found on your journey around the cabin and Bare Meadow. Please wear sturdy footwear and layers for outdoors. Feel free to bring a camera or smartphone to take photos of your items.
This is a FREE event for children ages 13 and younger. This is not a drop-off activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
