North Reading Man Died in Monday's Car Accident

The North Reading resident whose on North Street has died.

The man, who police are declining to identify at this time, was taken to Lahey Clinic from the scene.

The accident happened at the corner of North Street and Wyoming Avenue. The driver struck a tree in a North Street yard, causing the front bumper of the vehicle to fall off.

Originally, public safety personnel requested a MedFlight to land at Town Hall, but the patient was transported to Lahey Clinic in an ambulance.
