  • Our story on Thursday about generated some feedback on our Facebook page. Reader Cherie Pothier said, "My mail carrier, Peter, is awesome! He comes the same time every day, regardless if it's a weekday or Saturday. I could set a watch to him."
  • In reaction to our story on a fight that injured at least one person on Washington Street last week, reader Dawn-Marie Owen Doke said, "What a shame, always a lot of kids hanging around there."
  • Shannon Moynihan left the following comment on one of our "5 Things You Need to Know Today" articles: "And also that you have all raised $175 for the North Reading Food Pantry so far. Keep on Liking It Forward! Moynihan Lumber will donate $1 for every new Facebook fan up to 5,000 new fans through April 30, 2011. I will be hand delivering the check to Sandy at the pantry on May 2nd. How much should we write out the check for? It's up to all of you."
