OUI Suspected In Wrong-Way I-95 Crash: Police

Two have been hospitalized with serious injuries after Sunday morning's crash.

READING, MA - Police are saying alcohol may have been a factor in a wrong-way crash on I-95 Sunday morning.

A South Carolina woman driving north on I-95 South caused a serious crash that hospitalized herself and a Nashua, NH man, State Police said.

The 26-year-old woman was near Exit 37A when her 2013 Honda Civic struck a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta driven by the 24-year-old man, police said. It is believed the woman was drunk, police said.

Both drivers, who were the sole occupants, were transported to Lahey Hospital in Burlington with seriois injuries.
