Wednesday

At 12:18 p.m., an attorney requested an officer as he stated he was being “yelled at” by an unruly person. The person left the building, and no threats were made, according to police.

At 1:18 p.m., a Northridge Road resident reported solicitors going from door to door. According to police, there was no group registered to do so. The people were gone on arrival, according to police.

At 2:47 p.m., a Rock Street resident reported a person in a vehicle taking photos of homes in the area. The vehicle was gone on arrival, according to police.

At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a medical-aid call at Piccadilly Pub on Main Street.

At 4:14 p.m., an employee of reported IRS workers came to the business asking questions. The two people turned out to be employees of the state Department of Revenue, who were checking on businesses to ensure they are compliant with state tax laws, according to police.

At 6:44 p.m., a resident made a report of harassment.

Thursday

At 11:12 a.m., police responded to a report of a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle in the parking lot. The victim complained of injuries, but was not transported to the hospital, according to police. The victim was seeking medical attention on her own, and an investigation is ongoing, police said.

At 11:30 a.m., Reading police requested mutual-aid coverage from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

At 12:29 p.m., a manager from Edgewood Apartments reported a syringe was found on the property.

At 6:28 p.m., a man reported threats made by an employee he had hired.

At 7:44 p.m., police responded to a minor accident at 35 Kings Row. The vehicle hit a fire hydrant. No injuries were reported. The was notified to check on the fire hydrant.

At 8:22 p.m., police received a report from a man who said his son was assaulted at Walmart over his iPod. A witness stated she was going to call police when the boys ran.

At 10:05 p.m., police received a report of a disturbance at a Hawthorne Terrance residence.
