READING, MA — An elderly man suffered serious injuries after being struck by a pickup truck in Reading, according to police. Police are investigating the crash which took occurred in the intersection of High and Haven Streets. The man's age, identity and condition is currently unknown. Police say the driver stayed on scene at the crash. Pictures from the scene show that police have a section of the road blocked off.The Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section is also on scene.
