Police: Christmas Tree Dumping; Storm Issues

At 12:48 p.m., a branch took down a wire and a traffic light on High Street.

At 12:49 p.m., traffic enforcement was needed to deal with cars backing up on Main Street.

At 1:08 p.m., the roadway was flooded by heavy rain on Willow Street.
