Police: Icy Roads; Dead Raccoon

At 7:42 a.m., the DPW was notified of a large patch of ice at Salem and Winter Streets.

At 8:35 a.m., a dog was struck by an unknown motor vehicle on Lowell Street.

At 10:37 a.m., there was a large bag of trash in the road on Main Street.

At 2:32 p.m., there was an odor of smoke in the area of Susan Drive.

At 2:48 p.m., there was a dead raccoon in the road on Salem Street.

At 5:01 p.m., there was a report of two men possibly shoplifting on Salem Street.

At 6:07 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious man going from door to door on Washington Street.

At 7:16 p.m., a caller reported that a truck had sideswiped him in a parking lot on Walkers Brook Drive.
