Police: Mailbox Vandalism; Make Shift Go-Cart

At 1:15 a.m., police found a man sleeping in a sleeping bag on Salem Street.
At 7:38 a.m., there was a report of vandalized mailboxes on Sanborn Lane and Roma Lane. There were several additional reports of vandalized mailboxes throughout the morning.
