RCB Welcomes Philip Converse as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Reading Cooperative Bank is excited to welcome Philip Converse to its Commercial Lending team as a Vice President & Commercial Loan Officer. In addition to making recommendations and monitoring accounts, Converse will serve as the customer’s point of contact throughout the entire loan process.

Of his new position, Converse said, “I am very excited to be joining the RCB Lending Team. Delivering superior customer service is important to me, and I am happy to be working for a bank that takes pride in its customer focus.”

“Philip will be an excellent asset to the Commercial Lending Team. He is coming to RCB with over 15 years of commercial banking experience, and I look forward to working with him,” stated Gregory Ryan, Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer.

Before joining RCB, Converse worked in commercial loan and credit analysis positions at Washington Savings Bank. A graduate of the Mass Bankers School of Commercial Lending, Converse is also a member of the New England Adjustment Managers Association and currently resides in Manchester, NH.
