Reading Attorney Indicted By Grand Jury
Alleged to have conspired to smuggle items into the Middlesex House of Corrections.

Reading's David Perry, 57, along with Roxbury's Derek Bouchard, 38, have been indicted by a Middlesex County Grand Jury in connection with allegedly conspiring to smuggle items into the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Middlesex Sheriff Peter Koutoujian.

On two separate occasions Perry allegedly utilized the privilege of his attorney-client relationship to pass these items to Bouchard.
Perry was indicted on charges of delivering an article to a prisoner in a correctional institution and conspiracy. Bouchard was indicted on one charge of conspiracy.
