Reading Co-operative Bank welcomes Donna Dickie as Assistant Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager.
READING, Mass. - Reading Co-operative Bank welcomes Donna Dickie as Assistant Vice President - Loan Servicing Manager. In her new role, Donna will be responsible for servicing the Bank’s loan portfolio and for managing and organizing a team of loan servicing employees. She will ensure that the loan servicing process runs smoothly, adheres to high standards of quality control, and meets all federal, state and banking regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Reading Co-operative Bank, Donna was an Assistant Treasurer - Mortgage Servicing Officer at Wakefield Co-operative Bank, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the loan servicing department. She also worked at Danversbank, where she was the recipient of the Customer Service Award, and at Saugusbank, where she was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2002.
