Reading Commission Approves Plans For Mixed-Use Development

A combination of apartments and retail space on a South Main Street site has been approved.

READING, MA — The Community Planning and Development Commission has approved plans for a large mixed-use development, The Reading Post reported.

The Strada on South Main project will be located at 252, 258, and 262 Main St. Plans were approved in two separate, unanimous motions, according to The Reading Post.

The proposal calls for 30 residential units and 7,500 square feet of retail space.
