Reading Cooperative Bank to Host Seminar for First-Time Home Buyers
April 29, 2015 Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank is pleased to announce that they will be hosting a seminar for first-time home buyers on Wednesday, May 6, at their North Reading branch, 170 Park Street, from 6-8pm.
Rising rental rates and an improving job market are signs that the economy is improving, which means it’s a great time to look into buying a home. With the economy on an up-swing, and the housing inventory growing, first-time home buyers will want to learn all they can about getting into the market and buying their first home.
The Seminar will feature six guest speakers, including a certified First-Time Home Buyer Counselor and Settlement Agent, a MA certified General Real Estate Broker, and mortgage specialists. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the home buying process, as well as the many mortgage products that are available. Attendees will also meet industry professionals who can provide support throughout the home-buying process and make it less intimidating.

The improving economy and housing market mean more homes on the market to choose from and competitive interest rates that are favorable for a home buyer – two great reasons to get in the game. The Seminar will be informative for first-time buyers or for their parents, who may find it helpful to learn what’s new in the home-buying and mortgage market.
