Reading Cooperative Bank Scholarship Award to Yoav Barkai

June, 2015 READING, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank and Reading Memorial High School’s Business and Technology Department are proud to award Yoav Barkai with one of two 2015 RMHS Business and Technology Department Scholarship Awards. The award is given to a graduating senior who has excelled in his/her business classes and will be pursuing a business degree. Yoav plans to attend UMass-Amherst in the fall, majoring in Business Administration. In the Business and Technology Department, Yoav excelled in 5 different classes including Honors Accounting, Economics, and Entrepreneurship. He acted as a great role model for younger students and created impressive presentations about current events in the business world, which he was able to also effectively apply to topics in class.

“I would like to congratulate Yoav on receiving one of this year’s scholarships and for his hard work while taking his business courses at RMHS. It is great that the partnership between RMHS’ Business and Technology Department and RCB is able to award well-deserving students scholarships that assist with the cost of their education.
