Reading Cooperative Bank Welcomes Kara Patrie as Senior Human Resource Generalist

RCB is pleased to announce the addition of Kara Patrie to its Human Resources Department as a Senior Human Resource Generalist. As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, Patrie is responsible for many aspects of employee relations, including recruitment and on-boarding, benefits, employee development, and compliance.

Of her new position, Patrie says, “I am excited about this opportunity and look forward to joining the RCB community as part of the Human Resources team.”

“Kara will be an excellent addition to the RCB family. Her vast background and knowledge in the Human Resources field will help us as we continue to grow,” says Maxine Hart, Chief Human Resource Officer.

Patrie graduated from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and comes to RCB with 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She is coming to RCB from a similar position at The Provident Bank.
