Reading Public Library: A Literary Lunch For Kids

The Reading Public Library will host a luncheon for children on June 4

READING- Book lovers unite! Reading Public Library will host a “Literary Lunch” on Saturday, June 4 for third to fifth-grade children.

Children are encouraged to bring their favorite books to share with the group so that everyone can learn about new books they might like, while enjoying pizza and drinks.

The lunch is being held at the Reading Public Library on 80 General Way and will start at noon and end at 1 p.m.

For those looking for a new children’s book, Reading Public Library now has books from the 2016-2017 Massachusetts Children’s Book Award list, a compilation of outstanding, recent children’s books put together by members of Salem State University.
